HR Administrator required for new temporary job opportunity in Sheffield , immediate start £17,000

Your new company
Office Administrator required to support a busy HR Department on an excellent new job opportunity.. This position is required with an immediate start and will report to the HR Officer to assist through a period of transition. This post will be available on a temporary basis from January 2019 - March 2019. Due to the immediate start require of this post we ask that all applicants be available to start and commit to temporary work with immediate effect.

Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving HR department and provide crucial admin support whilst building HR Administration experience. You will be a proven business administrator with an excellent eye for detail and be able to handle high volumes of confidential information and documentation. Duties and responsibilities of the role will include;
- All business admin duties to support the HR Officer and HR Assistant
- Responsible for acting as the first point of contact for all telephone calls coming into the department and addressing queries
- Attending meetings and responsible for taking notes in meetings
- Extensive filing and updating of employee records
- Typing up meeting notes to add into employee files
- Diary management and appointment booking for the HR Officer
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office required to intermediate level.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be a proven Business Administrator with some prior knowledge of HR practices and procedures. You must be able to start temporary work immediately available and be able to commit to the duration of the role. You will have a keen eye for detail, be extremely professional in person and able to handle highly confidential information.
