To promote FS Operations as part of the LSL Group through excellent customer care, and communication, ensuring deadlines and quality requirements are met on all occasions. To provide an efficient, effective and professional telephone service to all customers and achieve operational excellence in all aspects of activities, processes and procedures undertaken. To undertake additional duties as and when required and provide support to all colleagues to ensure the objectives of FS Operations are met.
- Produce all Management Information reports accurately within set timescales and to a high standard
- To answer all incoming customer enquiries and provide information as requested
- Make outbound calls within agreed Service Level Requirements
- Ensure all systems are updated and recorded correctly
- Chase outstanding queries, jobs and payments
- Support fellow team members with customer enquiries
- Meet agreed individual goals and make a valued contribution to the effective delivery of the team goals.
- Ensure all customer expectations are met. (A customer is defined as anyone who requires a service, a response or information)
- Ensure company policies are adhered to at all times
- Promote FS Operations in all written and oral communications.
Knowledge and ExpertiseEssential:
- Good Standard of Education
- Excellent Customer Service Skills (Written and Oral)
- Excel Experience Required
- Accuracy Essential
- Mortgage and Life Assurance Knowledge
Experience, qualifications and other requirements specific to the roleEssential:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Microsoft Office Experience
- Flexibility in working hours may be required, sometimes at short notice, as business needs dictate.
- Previous customer service experience preferable
- This is a full time role 37.5 hours per week
You should be flexible to work between business opening times: 8.30am until 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Salary - £16,000pa
