Administrator - Permanent - Full Time - £20,000 per annum
We are recruiting for 2 Administrators to join our client's commercial team based in Needham Market. The main purpose of the role is to check agreed pricing rates are all correct with particular attention to detail.
Main duties include:
- Producing quotations for potential jobs to be carried out
- Receiving requests for quotations, establishing the location of the proposed works, reading the request and analysing what needs to be added to the quote
- Following rates for costings.
- General support to the Commercial department (Head of Contracts and Commerce/Project Engineer)
- Liaise with SHEQ and project management to formulate prequalification's for future tenders.
- Creates new tender folders on the online system.
- Performs calculation work for applications/tenders and sets risks associated with each project.
- Quantifies volumes, sets the price and determines the appropriate treatment standards (manhours per unit of work).
- Selects, collects, monitors and compares received price information about materials that can be introduced as basic information in the tender budget.
- Ensure that commercial, insurance, contractual and financial obligations correspond to the guidelines.
Key requirements include:
- Strong numerical skills

- Administrative skills
- Microsoft Office experience
