We are working with a Wealth Planning company that are recruiting for someone who can work in a varied role. This is a opportunity for someone who has exposure to working in a professional office environment.
The role is supporting Financial Advisers and the Administration team.
Your role will be incoming / out going correspondence
First point of contact for clients
First point of contact for all calls/emails
Issuing and chasing Letters of Authority
Organise the boardroom and and prep for clients coming in to the office
This is a varied role and it will require someone from a financial / banking background ideally.
You must have excellent communications skills written and verbal
High Attention to details
Competent using IT packages like Excel
Well presented and positive and highly professional.
