THE COMPANY:
A successful solicitors with offices based in Central London. They are currently recruiting for a hardworking, professional Filing Clerk to join the team on a part time basis.

THE ROLE:

The Filing Clerk's duties will include:

- Ensure filing and paperwork is dealt with and kept up to date
- Modify and improve filing systems, or implement new filing systems
- Provide assistance with covering Reception when required
- Monitor and manage inventory of files, paper clips etc. and report shortages
- Photocopying, sorting and filing documents
- General administrative duties to support internal departments within the office

THE PERSON:

- Must have previous experience working as a Filing Clerk in a professional company
- Strong and accurate attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise own workload
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
