Brook Street UK Ltd is delighted to recruiting a Receptionist for our client based in South Belfast
Our client has advised us that the role will commence early January 2019. The role is for 6 months and hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 1300 hours to 1700 hours.
To provide a consistently excellent reception service for our client including
Operating the switchboard, welcoming and directing visitors, and acting as a central
To carry out a range of administration tasks to support the Conference and Events Team
This role may be suited to applicants that have proven reception experience. The role will entail the successful applicant to contribute to the administrative work of the Conference and Events Team as directed by the Conference and Events Team Leader.
Maintain the reception area to ensure an impressive and professional appearance, including updating publications and information signage, including and IT resources.
Receiving and recording incoming deliveries of equipment and post and liaising with the Appropriate members of staff for the delivery of the items around the building
Sending and receiving fax messages
Using and maintaining the computerised conference room booking system
Operating the postal franking machine and ensuring its security
Dispatching and receiving mail and distributing around the pigeon holes
Assisting in the preparation of large mail shots and preparation of materials for events
No qualifications are required to apply for this role
In return you will be paid an hourly rate of £12.88 per hour.
