Looking for a Disputes Case Administrator to join their thriving team due to expansion.
- Respond to all dispute calls and emails
- Fully manage all relevant casework from start to completion
- Deal effectively with all debt recovery
- Dealing with escalations where required
- Build business relationships with all clients
- Ensure company procedures are followed at all times
- General administration
- Excellent customer service and administration skills
- Professional and clear communication skills plus telephone manner
- Experience within a similar role
- Strong organisational and attention to details skills
