Title: Data Entry / Office Admin
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum

Our client is looking for an Data Entry / Office Admin to be based in Birmingham.

Key responsibilities:

Data input;
General admin;
Manage correspondence by answering mails and sorting mail/packages;
Create and update customer records and databases;
Track stocks of office supplies for ordering;
Order processing, dispatching and invoicing;
Filing, photocopying and scanning as necessary

Requirement and Attributes:

A high level of numeracy and good attention to detail.
Ability to work under supervision;
Excellent time management skills;
Ability to handle confidential information;
Ability to multitask;
Good team player;
