Customer Service Administrator

Joining a world-class organisation, providing bespoke and custom-made products to the construction industry, this role of Customer Service Administrator will see you working on prestigious projects around the country.

The role of Customer Service Administrator will include:-

  • Responding to sales enquiries from existing and potential customers.
  • Process enquiries, quotes and sales orders within agreed time and accuracy guidelines
  • Liaise with factory functions on lead times, order progression, transport.
  • Provide information on price and availability.
  • Follow up quotations with customers.
  • Work with the external sales team to ensure enquiries are handled in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Gather and record information on customer orders/projects on the CRM system
  • Continually develop technical product knowledge.

To be considered for the role of Customer Service Administrator, the ideal candidate will have:-

  • A Good Customer Service attitude with a professional, confident and helpful manner.
  • The ability to deal with 'robust' customers when required.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • The ability to learn technical product detail.
  • Accurate data entry skills

Experience preferred

  • Exposure to construction (or related) industry.
  • Able to cope with periods of high workload and customer pressure.
