Fantastic opportunity for a talented bid writer to join a long-established and well-respected charity that transforms the lives of the people they work with. Based in London, the role of Bid Writer represents a progressive career move with room to build on some existing experience and learn from an exceptional team of talented people within the business development team.
This role will suit someone who has had some exposure to bid writing and it is an excellent platform to further develop a career in bid writing. The role is varied and involves drafting selection questions, PQQs and standardise responses. You will be required to undertake research and support the content development of proposals. The charity already has an impressive bid library and you will contribute to the further development of this work.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in bid writing already and will have strong literacy and numeracy skills, good planning and project management experience and be passionate about quality assurance and attention to detail. As you will be working with people throughout the charity, it is important that you have very good interpersonal skills and are able to work as part of a team. Experience of working with a CRM would also be helpful but is not essential.
