Service Manager Complex Needs

You will ensure that the establishment which is highly regarded by the CQC, provides a caring and safe environment and that it delivers outstanding benefits to service users through solid and sympathetic leadership.
You will establish and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders including staff, service commissioners and partner agencies, you will attend and represent the organisation at all meetings and contract reviews and you will manage all budgets within goals set out in SLA's.
You will take charge of continuous improvement initiatives, involving service users at every opportunity and you will control and monitor new and ongoing projects and ensure that performance management requirements are communicated clearly and concisely.
You must have drugs and alcohol expertise and have experience in managing performance and delivering against KPI's in a closely regulated environment.
You must have a demonstrable track record of managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams providing a range of services in a complex needs environment. You will have proven experience of leading change in-service with external partners and have the ability to contribute to organisational development. You will also be experienced in managing budgets and forecasting.
You will be able to work independently on your own initiative and you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to make decisions whilst at the same time influencing, guiding and carrying others along with you in a collaborative manner, within a performance led culture.
You will have a driving licence and your own vehicle, and you will be fully IT literate.
The salary for this full-time permanent position is up to £42,000 per annum depending entirely upon skills and experience, with a range of excellent benefits including a first-class pension and generous holidays.
