Customer Experience Analyst

About the role:
Location: East Croydon
Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm(1 hour lunch)
As a Customer Experience Analyst you will be responsible for designing, managing and reporting on all research to understand the customers experience across key touch points including store, website, customer care and social media. You will be required to make improvement recommendations to drive best practice across all markets and channels.
-Educated to degree level or equivalent
-Have strong presentation skills
-Knowledge of market research tools and practices
-Experience in the projections, delivery and analysis of market-consumers research
-Experience of interpreting data into a clear, easily understood format
-Knowledge of the cosmetic and retail industry is appreciated
-Advanced Excel skills
-Manage the Customer Experience Tracking programme
-Design and Run all Store & shopper research to improve the store and shopability
-Manage and run all Customer Care reports & ad hoc analysis
-Website optimisation research
-Develop best practices and manage quality of output
