The Learning and Development Officer role:
As the UKs leading Veterinary charity we are looking to appoint a Learning and Development Officer based out of their Telford office.
This is an exciting broad and varied role where you can really make a difference. You will be responsible for their learning and development interventions that really support their people to be the best that they can be.
Key responsibilities of their Learning and Development Officer:
As a key member of our Human Resource and Development team, you will take a lead on defining the L&D agenda including:
- Design and development of learning interventions that support the organisation to develop skills, behaviours and culture
- Implement best practice and innovative ideas to continue our learning culture
- Business partner across the organisation to offer bespoke coaching and learning intervention to meet identified needs
