We are looking to appoint a Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking Academy. Duties will include ensuring the safety and well-being of pupils during the lunch break, including the adherence of school policies and procedures while in play areas or during wet playtimes in class.

You will need to be well-motivated and have a calm manner with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will need to be able to relate well to children and organise play activities.

Wayland Junior Academy is part of the Transforming Education in Norfolk (TEN) group. We are a friendly school situated in the popular growing market town of Watton. There are 274 children on roll from Years 3 to 6 with a growing demographic.

Ofsted recognised (January 2017) the significant improvements that we have made. We are looking for an inspirational person who is passionate about ensuring our children have a positive start to their day to join our team and support us on our journey to securing 'Good' and onto 'Outstanding' for our academy.
