Auto Glass Manager

Manages the day to day operation of the auto glass department including quality, inventory control, employee time management, safety, customer satisfaction, and performance measures. Ensures excellent customer experience and achieves revenue and operating income targets and quality targets.
Analyzes and drives sales volume, measuring profitability and performance, and managing productivity standards. Conducts financial review, analyses, and long term planning and management of business and key drivers to impact sales, profit, and quality. Creates and implements competitive marketing and business strategies.
Develops a high performance team by hiring, coaching, developing, and mentoring subordinates. Determines responsibilities of assigned staff positions to accomplish business objectives. Ensures all team members have been provided adequate training.
Works with operations manager to identify and resolve all business problems and capitalize on all business opportunities.
May perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5-10 years related experience
Valid AZ driver's license
NGA Certification preferred
• Previous management and supervisory experience in the auto glass industry
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Materials and inventory management
• Computer proficiency, MS Office, MS Outlook
• Leadership, attention to detail, and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be able to deal effectively with the public and maintain a professional image.
