Our Client based in Woburn are looking for a Reservations Customer Service Advisor on a Permanent basis.

You will be the first point of contact responsible for answering all incoming queries by email and telephone relating to both reservations and customer services.

Ensure that inbound call and emails are answered promptly

Assist customers who wish to place a booking over the phone

Key Skills:

* Customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate clearly and precisely

* Excellent written English - English as first language preferred

* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

* Ability to work within a team environment and to co-operate with team members thereby building effective working relationships

* Excellent attention to detail ensuring that high standards of quality are consistently maintained

* Drive and self-determination with the ability to find and implement solutions to problems

Experience ,Knowledge and qualifications

* Educated to a minimum level of GSCE or equivalent with at least an A - C pass in respect of English and Arithmetic- Essential

* Previous experience in a customer service environment - Desired

* Understanding of the Car and Van Rental Industry - Desired
