Selective Recruitment Solutions Ltd are currently seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Client Services Coordinator to join a friendly team and well established organisation based on Milton Park on a Temporary ongoing basis

You will be responsible for working on behalf of clients, maintaining a proactive approach always. To provide an efficient service to all clients, understanding their business needs, ensuring clear effective communication channels are in place with each client to make certain objectives.

Job Title: Client Services Coordinator
Salary: £9 - £9.50 per hour plus holiday pay
Contract:Temporary ongoing position
Location:Milton Park

Key Responsibilities:
•To liaise and develop effective working relationships with clients organising and attending meetings and events with clients either on site or the client's premises. Ensure that appropriate attendance is obtained to maximise the achievement of effective outcomes.
•Work with your line manager to ensure that all action points generated from meetings, including those belonging to others are cleared in good time & feedback/progress is given between meetings.
•Assist with the following procedures; standing orders & special processing
•Cover your colleagues' workloads to a sufficient level during absence so that clients do not experience a reduced service.
•Prepare jobs with necessary paperwork for completion by other departments.
•Ensure the client is kept informed of changes & enhancements to service, provide training on current Systems.

•Keep your line manager informed at all times.
•Any other task as requested by your manager.

Candidate Specification:
•Full, clean driving licence (preferable)
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to internal and external contacts at all levels.
•Able to adapt styles of working to suit individual client needs.
•Practical and flexible approach to work combined with the ability to multi task.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Able to work to strict deadlines.
•Able to maintain strict confidentiality
•Excellent IT skills including MS Word and Excel.
•Numerate & literate
•Presentation skills.
