An outstanding opportunity to join this global leader in business Services, based in Belfast. You will have native level German language and a good understanding of English as all training and in house communication is in English.
You will work for one of the world's best-known technology and software companies. Its dedicated team provides multi lingual front line technical support within many product groups.
The Social Media Customer Advisor is a front-line role, responsible for monitoring and responding to comments and feedback through Social Media channels, such as Facebook & Twitter.
You will report to the Social Media Team Manager, ensuring that responsiveness to posts and comments is delivered within an agreed service level, and that the communication style and tone conforms to agreed Social Media guidelines
While the role focus is on Social Media, you will also support customer interactions through, email, voice, chat and community forums.
You must have outstanding communication skills along with your language skills. You will have good social media experience, be customer focused, organised and be ready to engage positively across all media.
