Reporting into the Sales Manager you will be responsible for the establishment and delivery of the service in the UK, with the expectation of significant growth in subsequent years.
Manage the day to day running of the crowd in collaboration with the Sales Managers to ensure that recruitment is carried out, booking deadlines are met for each client fees are adhered to in line with client budgets and internal processes are completed in line with company policy.
Salary:£20,000 - £25,000 per annum
Hours:09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday

•Responsibility for the system, including set up of the crowd, accurate briefing, testing, quality management & reporting for all client activities
•Responsibility for the operational delivery of all client projects and some interaction with the clients regarding their projects, status, issues & solutions.
•Responsibility for budgetary adherence in line with target revenue & GP passed from the Sales Manager.
•Supporting the introduction & establishment of brand understanding across group companies, based on a solid operational understanding of the workings of the UK business.
•Input into new business collateral & best practice including but not limited to proposal library, case study library, costing templates etc.
•Input into the ongoing innovation of the system offering through feedback of client needs, identified industry best practice and market feedback. This includes the identification of efficiency opportunities.
•A full valid UK or International Driving Licence and a full current passport.
•Ability to work legally in the UK if not a British citizen.
•Ability to travel & overnight within the UK.
•Experience in operations roles, with proven ability to deliver client projects.
•Experience of delivering within financial parameters.
•Experience of working with technology led solutions.
