Working in an open plan office you will be handling incoming calls regarding the breakdown and maintenance of vehicles
As the customer services advisor you will be working with the customer to understand the nature of the problem and will resolve it by allocating an engineer, liaising with third parties and ensuring the customer is updated at all times.
This is a fast paced environment and no two days are ever the same.

As the customer service advisor you will be working 5 x 8 hour days each week, rostered well in advance between the hours of 6am - 10pm
