Your new company
You will be joining a leading construction company, based in the Spondon area, as a customer service advisor/scheduler.
Your new role
You will be working in a varied role, calling customers to advise them of changes, scheduling work out and any other general customer related duties that are required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be experienced in in a customer service focused role, and be adept at handling complaints, and also general admin duties.
What you'll get in return
You will be employed on a temporary ongoing contract, with the possibility of the role turning permanent. You will receive an hourly rate of between £8-9 an hour depending on experience. You will be working 12-8, Monday to Friday and every other Saturday. There is also free parking onsite.
