Legal Secretary – Wills, Probate and Conveyancing

Express Recruitment's legal division is currently working in partnership with a highly reputable local law firm, with offices in Melton Mowbray. Our fantastic client is currently looking for an experienced legal secretary to join its Private Client division, supporting fee earners in the Wills & Probate and Residential Conveyancing departments.

Duties to include:

* Use digital dictation systems to accurately type legal correspondence

* Liaise with clients face to face, via the telephone and email

* Update specialist legal databases, such as Land Registr

* Undertake general administration duties, to include scanning and filing

Background required:

* Previous legal secretarial experience essential

* Previous experience in either private client or property law advantageous

* Typing speeds in excess of 50wpm

* Good IT Skills to include MS Office

* Strong organisation skills

Location: Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire

Salary: c£17,500-£20,000 D.O.E.

Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday
