Executive Chef - Strood

We currently have a vacancy for a Executive Chef for a busy single site school operation with in excess of 1300 persons on site, working 6am-6pm, Monday to Friday (no weekends) based in Strood, Kent.
100% fresh food operation, inclusive of all bread and pastry production.
To manage and develop a dedicated team in a well equipped kitchen.
Autonomy on some menus for the day to day dining.
A 5 day operation, daytime only. (This role is required to work Monday to Friday only).
A strong individual with exceptional hotel, restaurant or high quality contract catering background.
A passionate foodie who also has the ability to produce a healthy GP alongside a motivated team.
Experience within busy high volume and pressurised operations.
A Self-starter with a zest for great forward thinking food.
