Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef

This is a full-time position at 37.5 hours per week. You will be working 5 days a week, including weekends, on a rota basis.
Shifts will be either 6am to 2pm or 11am to 7pm during the week, or 9am to 5pm or 10:30am to 6:30pm during the weekend.
You will be entitled to 25 days paid holiday, as well as bank holidays. Overtime will be paid x1.1/3 and you will get an extra day of holiday on your birthday.
Experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior sous chef is required.
