Butcher – Night Shift

WORKING HOURS - 10 pm to 7 am worked Sunday to Friday. 5 or 6 nights per week, depending on your preference.
THE ROLE - as an experienced Butcher you will prepare fresh and frozen meats to a high standard and to individual customer specification for supply to both retail and the catering trade.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE will have originally trained or completed an apprenticeship as a Butcher. You will be both talented and enthusiastic about butchery and ideally have previously worked in fresh meat production for catering establishments. We are looking for people who are both; ambitious and prepared to go the extra mile in order to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
