New Business Sales Lead - HR Consultancy

The ideal candidate will be an individual that already have a full understanding of HR as it relates to SMEs. Ideally an HR practitioner with a track record of developing clients, building relationships, finding solutions and securing new business.
-Salary , in line with experience circa £40,000-£50,000
-10% of all new sales, paid quarterly
-25 days holiday + Bank holidays
-Permanent Health Insurance and Group Life (4x salary) from starting
-Laptop and phone provided
-(No car required as clients will be within London)
-Central London Location

-Working day of 9.00 to 5.30 with use of London office or working from home as required to suit the needs of the business
Working as part of a small team you will be the driving force behind developing new clients.
-Have experience of HR, as a practitioner and latterly within new business development
-Respond to incoming leads generated by digital marketing agency or website enquiries
-Identify and develop opportunities in target markets. Generate leads as appropriate, using company information to access warm contacts
-Nurture and develop relationships with new customer accounts, attend face-to-face meetings, plan and prepare presentations
-Provide advice on the full range of services offered by the business
-Understand business issues and discuss HR levers with potential clients, translate their issues into HR solutions.
-Negotiate contracts with clients in line with internal guidelines
-Work with the Managing Director & Head of Consulting colleagues to ensure service offerings meet client needs and expectations
-Keep the Managing Director updated on your progress and timeline, providing accurate forecasts of anticipated business
-As the business grows, attend events and network, take stands at exhibitions and conferences
-Assist with the development of marketing literature
-Participate in on-going training and development, regular performance reviews and monthly one to ones
-Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the company

Essential requirements are:
-Must be an Experience as an HR Practitioner within a consultancy,or have sold HR consultancy services previously
- Excellent ability to convert leads to new business
- Driven by winning business - this is a purely New Business focused role
-A track record of securing new clients
-Commercially aware, adept at understanding business needs and HR levers
- Strong presentation stills, comfortable selling over the phone and in person
