Key deliverables
1. Assist with customer enquiries & sales.
2. Process all orders and quotations under guidance
3. Action incoming enquiries
4. Liaise with customers on project/installation changes in collaboration with sales
5. Ensure all activities are accurately logged on systems for analysis & reporting.
6. Delivers on KPIs as defined & directed.
7. Delivering high levels of Customer Service excellence
Key Accountabilities
* Assist in the process of all orders, quotations and Auto CAD drawing requests
* Action incoming technical enquiries
* Providing first class after sales customer service
* Liaise with customers on project/installation changes in collaboration with sales
* Reprioritising the work load daily
* Ensure all activities are accurately logged on systems for analysis & reporting.
* Delivers on KPIs as defined & directed.
Personal Specification
* Delivering high levels of Customer Service excellence
* Proficient use of Microsoft packages
* Experience of CAD drawing software systems
* Experience with quotation systems and processing
* Administration experience
