Customer Service Operator

Temp - 12 hour shifts
We are looking for a Customer Service Operator for an initial 3 month temporary period which could be extended. For this role, you will need a calm and empathetic telephone manner. Your day to day role will include:
* Answering calls from the elderly or vulnerable
* Taking details and updating the database
* Passing details on to the 111 service for further action
This role is based on a shift pattern of 12 hours shifts, both day and night, 7 days a week so you must be fully flexible to accommodate the working hours. Your shift pattern will be a maximum of 4 consecutive shifts and is usually 2 or 3.
As a temp for Office Angels you will receive weekly pay, up to 28 days holiday a year, pension and additional benefits such as eye care vouchers, retail discounts and incentives/competitions.
