Welsh Customer Service Agent

We are currently recruiting for a Welsh speaking customer service agent to work on an on-going campaign. As a customer service agent you will be conducting surveys on behalf of the Welsh Government. As an industry leader, our client is committed to delivering the finest service to their clients so every time you contact a respondent, talk to a client you need to make the right impression.
As a Market Researcher you will only be contacting pre-arranged calls, this is not a cold calling role. You will conduct surveys over the phone and you will be provided with extensive training to ensure you maintain their consistently high standards. There is also a detailed client feedback program and regular surveys of our interviewers and staff performance to identify areas of improvement and give you the best chance of success.
You get to choose your own hours, usual hours available range from 09:00am-9:00pm Mon-Fri and 10:00-7:00pm Sat-Sun.
For your hard work and successful completion of a one day assessment day you will be paid £9 per hour and have the flexibility to work the hours you want on a full time or part time basis
