Customer Service /German speaking

Your main duties will be:
•This is an incredibly varied role, you might find yourself talking to individuals or business customers.
•To take calls from customers whose vehicles have broken down.
•To help identify their location and provide reassurance and advice if they are distressed.
•Callers might feel vulnerable and be in a dangerous situation, such as a motorway breakdown or accident so it is imperative that you have excellent customer service skills to reassure our customers.
•You'll help customers to calm down, so you can ask the right questions and get the information we need.
• Listening and questioning carefully, you'll be adaptable to their needs and always act as quickly as possible.
•Logging the breakdown on the system to get a Roadside Technician out to solve their problem as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
Hours of work:
2pm - 10pm sunday to thursday
Salary - £19,500
