Training Salary £17,500 per annum

Regional Recruitment Services are recruiting for multiple home insurance advisors to work on a permanent contract with a leading Derby based financial specialist. As a home insurance advisor you will be part of a successful B2C telesales operation that offer financial services to new customers.
We are looking to attract candidates that are both eager to learn and motivated by success (and high earnings) in a fun and competitive outbound sales environment. To succeed in this role, candidates must embrace the excellent training and have the ability to connect and influence people over the telephone.
Although not essential, we welcome applications from candidates with telesales or outbound contact centre experience. Other skills, experience and abilities we are looking for include:
-Meeting and / or exceeding telephone based targets set by your current or previous employer.
-Outstanding listening skills. This is particularly important because it will be your responsibility to recognise and maximise cross-selling opportunities.
-Competent in using IT and technology systems as you will be expected to accurately record all sales calls, set call back reminders and process orders through our client's CRM.
-Resilience. This is a challenging outbound sales position that requires you to be equally positive, confident and engaging on each call (regardless of what has happened the calls beforehand!)
-Flexibility regarding working hours. This role includes 1 Saturday per month for 2 hours.
