Inbound Contact Centre Operator

For this position you must be flexible to work within the hours of 7:00am - 8:30pm and be available Monday to Friday. Shifts will be announced 3 to 4 weeks in advance and you will work 34.5 hours per week.
The role will involve answering a large amount of inbound calls in a professional manner to obtain information and then inputting onto the system accurately and efficiently.
Full training provided!
