Position: Customer Service Advisor
Hours of work: Full time, between 7am to 11pm, 5 out of 7 days a week (this will include weekends)
The job will involve…
Providing excellent customer service through answering queries to customers via inbound calls, emails and social media.
The right candidate will…
Have previously worked within customer service, such as retail, hospitality or a customer facing role.
It would be ideal if you have previous experience taking inbound calls.
Be an enthusiastic, proactive, and reliable individual, who has a professional and positive approach to working.
Have excellent communication skills.
Be looking for a role within a dynamic and friendly team within an office environment.
Strong telephone skills, as well as be computer literate (particularly in the use of Office Outlook software).
***Due to location a driving license and access to your own vehicle will be essential***
