Must have Customer service experience ideally in a inbound call centre.
Please Note you will be expected to work some weekends ... normally 1 in 4
Work within a call centre environment, responding to their customer's incoming telephone queries with an expectant average of dealing with 15 calls an hour.
* Responding appropriately to our customer's enquiries and requests, ensuring effective communication is passed on to relevant colleagues and departments in order that customer's expectations are met
* Ensuring logs, internal notes and systems are updated consistently and customer communication maintained and followed up in order that other colleagues are fully aware of situation on any one account.
