What will this role of Client Relationship Manager / Account Developer entail?
Working as part of a flexible, hands on team, you'll provide high quality support through a wide variety of phone-based and administrative tasks. You'll receive comprehensive training that will enable you to effectively gather vacancy information from clients and provide tailored advice, draft professional employer branded job advertisements, and proactively call clients to provide support that ensures recruitment advertising campaigns achieve a positive outcome. Your focus will be on developing client relationships, whilst raising awareness of relevant JVP solutions that in turn will increase sales revenues.
Who will I be working with?
JVP Group is a fast growing and innovative recruitment marketing business providing comprehensive and tailored in-house recruitment support to employers across the UK. Clients include Chester Zoo, Arriva TrainCare, Longleat, NSPCC, Business Wales, and Boots Hearingcare, to name a few.

What will I need in order to be considered for this Client Relationship Manager / Account Developer vacancy?
* Proven experience gained within an office-based account management, business development or customer service role, that has involved proactively phoning customers to provide support and further develop relationships
* Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
* High level of attention to detail, and superb problem-solving skills
* An excellent standard of grammar and spelling
* Timely and accurate typing and data entry skills
* Strong IT literacy particularly with the internet and Microsoft Word
* Professional confidence, with tons of enthusiasm and determination to succeed

You will be employed on a permanent contract, working from the company offices in Bodelwyddan which are conveniently located near to the A55. Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, although flexibility will be required with hours to meet client needs.
