I am currently working a leading Facilities management company who urgently require a Facilities Administrator

The role will involve the following

* General office administration including but not limited to; filing, invoicing and purchase orders
* Purchasing Health & Safety Equipment
* Keeping records and signage up to date
* Coordinate PPM visits with contractors
* Participate in the investigation of accidents & injuries, and submit accident report and statistics as required
* Ad hoc duties as and when required by Facilities Coordinator
* Competent with MS Office
* Strong administration, correspondence and data entry skills
* Efficient and highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* A confident self-starter with ability to use initiative to complete task at hand
* Awareness of workplace health & safety
* Confident communicator at all levels
* Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
* Strong organisational skills, with ability to prioritise
