Working in a modern, open plan office as part of a small team, you will be responsible for providing support to customers, as well as field technicians and other internal departments. This is a fast paced role and will require exceptional attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and experience working with data entry and reporting. If you are someone who thrives when delivering a fantastic customer experience but also enjoys detailed administration tasks, this role will provide the perfect mix.
Day to day duties will include;
Providing administrative and customer care support to the team Manager
Dealing with all incoming customer enquires quickly and effectively
Liaison with Technicians to ensure correct products have been ordered
Maintaining a variety of spreadsheets
Processing service invoices, sales orders & repair quotes
Our client is looking for candidates who are self-motivated, team players, who are flexible in their approach and enjoy learning new skills/systems. In order to be considered for this position you will need to have GCSE or equivalent grades A-C in Maths, English and French.
Good computer skills are essential to be considered for this role, and we would like to speak to candidates who have experience using Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook. You will also be using a variety of in-house systems and will be provided with full training.
Hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am - 1pm on a Friday.
Our client offers an extremely generous benefits package for their members of staff which include;
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Pension with company contribution at 4.5% (from April 2019)
Early finish on a Friday (1pm)
