* Meet and greet clients and visitors.
* Log in visitors
* Notify the arrival of clients without delay
* Control of all incoming telephone calls
* Log and relay calls to appropriate member of staff
* Prepare, frank and dispatch outgoing mail
* Receive and distribute incoming mail.
* Undertake legal administration duties as required
* Well presented with great interpersonal skills
* Well organised with a "can do" attitude.
* Attention to detail
* High level of written skills
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
