Pay rate £9.45 per hour
37 hours per week
!!No weekend or Bank Holiday work!!
Using your customer services experience and knowledge you will be answering inbound calls from customers and advising accordingly.
Full training is provided so if you have good communication skills, the ability to work in a fast paced environment and have basic computer skills then we would love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, willing to learn and well spoken. You must have good telephone manner and be an effective communicator.
In order to apply for the position you must have recent experience in customer services this can be from either a contact centre or a retail / catering or hospitality environment and good IT skills.
