Temps Controller *Belfast

As part of our ongoing expansion plans and increased business levels an exciting opportunity has arisen for a focused and driven individual who is will to take on a key role within the organisation as Temps controller.
Using our extensive database of candidates and established client base, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of temporary and casual staff in line with client requirements. In addition you will ensure that all timesheets and associated administration will be completed in an efficient and accurate manner within strict deadlines.
Only candidates meeting the following criteria should apply:
Min 12months recent experience of co-ordinating high volume temporary staff within an agency environment.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Ability to provide an out of hours service when required.
Ability to maintain accurately availability lists and both client and candidates database information.
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail is key to the success of this role.
Candidates will be expected to demonstrate the drive and determination needed to succeed in this highly competitive Industry where quality of service is the key to the ongoing success of the business. You will possess strong people skills and have the ability to deal effectively at all levels. Your positive attitude will enable you to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
Remuneration package will be reflective of the successful candidate's experience within the industry
