This role reports to the Development Manager.

You will have experience in either the office or property sector, working in an administrative position and be a quick learner with solid client facing experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about the role, a people person who prides themselves on delivering excellent customer service. You will have a solid office administration background with excellent computer skills.
Supporting the development manager with the day to day running of the site.
Being the first point of contact for residents, dealing with any enquiries and issues and reporting back to the manager. Answering calls in a professional and courteous manner and responding to emails promptly and diligently.
Liaising with contractors and other external parties and coordinating works, ensuring relevant parties have been notified and everything is correctly recorded in the log book.
Raising work orders and all the relevant administration.
Producing block notices and letters for a number of site issues.
Taking minutes when required at board meetings or site meetings.
Registering staff training, absences and sickness.
Ensuring the site is well maintained and up to standard.
Ensuring health and safety compliance on site at all times.
Any other task to support the administration of the office.
Skills and Experience
Proven track record of front of house / office administration, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Confident, articulate communicator - both orally and in writing; able to build relationships with all types of customer and guests with a resolution focused mentality.
Able to work with autonomy and as part of a wider team.
Efficient in maintaining administration and record keeping electronically.
Demonstrable ability dealing with problems and challenges effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines, able to prioritise and delegate and manage time effectively.
Excellent IT skills, social-media awareness and up to date with new technology.
