Estates Project Manager

The Project Manager will work with the Director of Estates and Facilities Management to develop the Estates & FM programme and will manage the range of Programmes and ensure that standard project management methodologies are applied to the function, in accordance with the Trust policies and procedures.
The post-holder will provide support to the Director of Estates and Facilities Management to track delivery of efficiency saving schemes. The post-holder will also be expected to work closely with the Financial Management team and liaise with finance leads to ensure that the directorates programmes progress is accurately monitored.
