£33,787 - £37,165 per annum plus £750 essential car allowance and additional benefits

This role provides an exciting opportunity to work within the HR team who aspire to deliver a commercially aware, efficient and professional service to internal customers, with an overall aim of assisting with the delivery of corporate objectives and statutory requirements.
As part of the HR team, you'll contribute towards the engagement, attendance and retention of colleagues across the group. You'll lead on corporate change initiatives such as restructures and TUPE transfers, whilst supporting and owning escalated employee relations casework specifically around discipline, attendance and performance management, appeals and grievances, etc.
You'll lead the HR advisory team in providing advice and guidance to the management team on employee relations best practice and compliance with employment legislation. You'll play a key part in developing best practice people management policies, procedures and practices to ensure full compliance with changes to employment law and in ensuring fairness and consistency of application.
A key focus will be on developing and delivering learning interventions on key HR processes and practices to the management team, to develop their skills and confidence in their people management responsibilities.
You'll have proven experience of working within a fast paced, deadline driven HR environment and as you'll be leading an HR advisory team, you'll need proven line management skills and experience. Working knowledge of a HR business partnering model would also be advantageous.
You'll have a CIPD Level 7 qualification or currently be working towards studying to this level. You'll have a solid understanding of employment law with a proven track record in handling complex employee relations casework.
You'll possess a strong sense of integrity, have a positive, proactive and flexible approach and be able to work accurately to deadlines, whilst managing a busy workload. You'll be able to build and maintain effective working relationships, have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and be able to communicate and work with colleagues at all levels.
Travel across the Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, and Oxfordshire regions will feature, so a current driving licence and access to the use of a personal vehicle for business purposes is essential
