Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Business Support Officer.
To provide the efficient and effective delivery of operational and administrative support to the Service Area.
To maximise the use of IT systems for the benefit of the Service Area and customers.
To deliver the Statutory Planning Register function.
To undertake other administrative functions associated with the Service Area.
To partner with the Team, Service Area, Division and other Council partners to achieve service area outcomes.
To make a positive contribution to the development and delivery of a first class customer - focused service
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
Operational and administrative office duties.
IT programmes, specifically Microsoft programmes,
Best practice customer service and a commitment to an excellent customer experience.
Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety and other policies in accordance with Council guidelines; and the legislative framework within which Planning and Council operates;
Good time management and organisational skills.
Commitment to performance management as a means to achieve personal and service delivery goals and measure outputs.
Written and oral communication skills
Interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with managers, officers, customers and stakeholders;
