Our client is a rapidly expanding multinational company providing high-tech products. You'll join out international payroll team and will be responsible for: Payroll for multiple European sales offices in cooperation with local payroll providers Bonus and salary calculations Implementation and management of employee benefits, such as insurances, pension plans Report and analysis of HR related data (vacation, sickness, overtime) HR administration and employee's file control Advising colleagues, management and employees regarding social legislation Answering HR related questions from employees Implementation of optimization processes Installment of HR policies We are looking for a driven colleague with: Preferably a Bachelor degree or similar by experience A first experience in payroll processing Experience in a multicultural work environment is a plus Discrete and responsible Ability to work accurately and in detail Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Romanian/Polish/Hungarian/Czech/Dutch/German is a plus.
