Customer Service Advisor

Macildowie are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator working for a lovely small family owned business based in Leicester. This location is South Leciester based so is accessible from Aylestone, Braunstone, Thorpe Astley, Glen Parva, West Knighton and Oadby.
This is a permanent full time role.
Working hours are days 08:30 - 17:00 Mon - Thurs and 08:30 - 15:15 Friday
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receiving and processing orders from customers and members of the public, answering the phone and receiving faxes / emails / post.
Checking prices / currency, delivery instructions, get - up / ticketing requirements, confirmations, purchase orders & delivery windows.
Responsible for maintaining records of stock orders, tracking them to ensuring they are processed and shipped within the Companies turn around criteria.
Leasing with the Customer /warehouse / packing department & accounts department.
Creating Invoices, ensuring that all goods are invoiced on the day they are dispatched.
Validating & Processing Credit notes.
Ensure that dispatches have the correct documentation.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered for this position you must have the following:
The ability to work under pressure in our busy Sales Administration Office
Can work as part of a team
The ability to communicate at all levels
Excellent computer literacy skills
