We now have an excellent opportunity for a Timetabling, and Exams Administrator to join our student records team. Providing proactive and responsive administrative support for examinations registrations, entries, submissions, results and claims, you will ensure that all aspects of exams are organised efficiently, balancing the need for space and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources. In addition, you will produce timetables that enable access to relevant teaching resources, meet required teaching hours and deliver the best possible student experience.

We are looking for organised and efficient individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive "can do" approach and high attention to detail. You will demonstrate experience of working in a team in an office environment where you have implemented policies, procedures, regulations and published guidance. With a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service, or equivalent, you will also possess a Level 2qualification in Literacy or Numeracy. Experience of timetabling or exams in further or higher education would be advantageous.
