You'll be resilient, driven by results and enjoy working as part of a team and individually. Flexibility and multi-tasking are handy skills a long with a love for speaking on the phone, as almost all of your day will be spent supporting customers. Confident using a PC is helpful as we have a range of tools and systems designed to aid you whilst you are talking on the 'phone.
In return you will be rewarded with excellent benefits - including 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), free healthcare, an onsite gym and a subsidised restaurant and coffee shop.
