Senior Analysts in Aldermore's Risk department play a key role in ensuring we balance our growth with robust risk management and controls, supported by effective governance, policies and procedures. Whether working in Compliance; Operational Risk; Enterprise Risk; Credit Risk; Financial Crime; Retail or Business Finance Risk, everyone helps to implement and embed a risk management ethos and culture that ensures our customers are treated fairly whilst supporting our business model and strategic priorities. As a Senior Analyst in Credit Risk Models and Analytics you will be responsible for the development and provision of meaningful analysis and modelling across the Bank. You will conduct portfolio analysis, build and develop appropriate risk models and automated credit decisioning models/strategies to identify opportunities, mitigate risk/loss and provide analysis and insight to support the development of credit risk management.

You will be a proactive individual educated to degree level in Mathematics, Statistics or Economics and come from financial services or banking background. Experience in design, development, monitoring and validation of credit risk models is also essential.
