The role includes helping with the daily routine, supporting with medication, encouraging clients with activities and tasks and developing their confidence as well as supporting the staff team with the daily routine in the home.
The job can involve working with challenging behaviour. Applicants will need to be trained and experienced in mental health support work or a similar care training.
